The access, navigation and use of the website visuamed.com (hereinafter, the " Website ") implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the content herein, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract entered into in writing and signed.

TECHER TEAM reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, including removing or altering material displayed on the Website, as well as the terms and conditions stipulated herein, in whole or in part. Such modifications shall be considered effective immediately after their publication on the Website, and access to and use of the contents of the Website after the entry into force of such modifications or changes shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the same.
3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website constitutes a means of communication between the User and TECHER TEAM, as well as a means of interaction and access to the VISUAMED platform.
3.1.- Use
The use of the Website will allow the user to contact TECHER TEAM to contract its services, as well as to access the VISUAMED platform (hereinafter, the " Platform "), according to the terms and conditions set out in the document Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform.
The user is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the Website is carried out in all cases under his sole and exclusive responsibility. The mere access and browsing on this Website does not require registration by the user, so no personal data is collected from the user, except for those specified in the Cookies Policy or that the user provides through the contact forms.
Access to the Platform through the website does require prior registration by the user, and for this purpose, the user's personal data will be collected, which are duly defined in the Privacy Policy.
3.2.- Contents
The contents of the Website are made available to the user by TECHER TEAM with information from both its own and external sources.
The content of the Platform made available to the user shall be duly regulated in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform .
TECHER TEAM endeavours to ensure that the contents are of the highest possible quality and are reasonably up to date, but does not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance and/or timeliness of the contents.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
TECHER TEAM is the owner or, where applicable, holds the corresponding licences for the intellectual and industrial property exploitation rights for all the content made available to users on the Website, as well as for the Platform itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information, and the services available through it. All materials and contents of this Website are protected by copyright and trademark law regulations in force in Spain.
Under no circumstances shall access, browsing and use of the Website or the Platform by the user imply any waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of intellectual and industrial property rights by TECHER TEAM.
References to registered trademarks or trade names, or other distinctive signs, whether owned by TECHER TEAM or by third parties, imply a prohibition on their use without the consent of TECHER TEAM or their legitimate owners.
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents of the Website and the Platform are reserved to TECHER TEAM. In particular, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute, by any means and in any form, all or part of the contents included on the Website and the Platform, except in cases where it is legally permitted or with the prior, express and written authorisation of TECHER TEAM (as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform ).
Likewise, it is forbidden to remove or manipulate indications relating to copyright of the contents that the user finds on the Website and the Platform, as well as technical protection devices, digital fingerprints, or any protection mechanism or information incorporated into the contents offered on the Website.
In the event that any user or third party considers that any of the contents of the Website or the Platform owned by TECHER TEAM infringes their intellectual and/or industrial property rights, as well as any other rights, they must send a communication to info@techerteam.com with the following information: (i) identifying details of the claimant or their legal representative; (ii) documentation accrediting their status as the holder of the allegedly infringed rights; (iii) a description of the rights allegedly infringed by TECHER TEAM and their exact location within the Website (iv) an express statement that the use of the content has been made without the consent of the holder of the allegedly infringed rights.
The user may use and view the contents of the Platform exclusively in the manner indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Use , and its use for commercial or professional purposes is therefore strictly prohibited.

Access to or use of the Website in an illegal manner, against good faith, morality and public order, with or without an economic purpose, is not permitted and, therefore, its consequences shall be the sole responsibility of the user. TECHER TEAM does not control the content, privacy policies, practices or availability of third-party websites and therefore assumes no responsibility for them.
6.2.- Links to the provider's channel on other platforms and social networks
TECHER TEAM provides users, through different tools and applications, with links that allow users to access the channels and pages of the Website that TECHER TEAM maintains on different platforms and social networks belonging to and/or managed by third parties. The sole purpose of including these links on the Website is to provide users with access to these channels on the different platforms and social networks.
The establishment of these applications does not imply the existence of any relationship between TECHER TEAM and the owner, manufacturer or distributor of the linked platform, nor the acceptance and approval by TECHER TEAM of its contents and/or services, the owner, manufacturer or distributor being solely responsible for them.
Under no circumstances does TECHER TEAM share any type of private information about its users with its current social networks or any other networks that it may incorporate in the future. In this sense, all the information that the user wishes to provide to these platforms will be under their own responsibility, and TECHER TEAM will not intervene in this process.
The activation and use of these applications may require the identification and authentication of the user (login/password) on the corresponding platforms, which are completely external to the Website and beyond the control of TECHER TEAM. By accessing these external networks, the user enters an environment which is not controlled by TECHER TEAM, and TECHER TEAM cannot be held responsible for the security configuration of these environments.
The user acknowledges and accepts that TECHER TEAM accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the content and services which the user may access or make available on these pages.
6.3.- Links on other websites to the Website
The user who intends to establish a link to the Website from his/her respective web page(s) must obtain prior written authorisation from TECHER TEAM.

7. LIABILITIES AND WARRANTIES
TECHER TEAM does not guarantee and is not responsible for: (i) the continuity, veracity, or integrity of the contents of the Website, but it will be responsible for the content available on the Platform, under the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use ; (ii) the absence of errors in such content; (iii) the absence of viruses and other harmful components on the Website or its server; (iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted therein; (v) the lack of usefulness of the contents of the Website; and (vi) any damage or harm caused, to oneself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules and instructions that TECHER TEAM establishes on the Website or through the violation of the Website's security systems.
Nevertheless, TECHER TEAM declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and the state of the art, to ensure the functioning of the Website and to minimise system errors, both from a technical, legal and organisational point of view.

TECHER TEAM shall not be liable under any circumstances for the use that users and/or third parties may make of the Website or its contents, nor for any damages that may derive from the same.
8. ACTIONS IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE
TECHER TEAM reserves the right to take whatever action is available at law to demand any liability arising from a user's failure to comply with any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Website.
9. WEBSITE SUSPENSION
TECHER TEAM reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, browsing, use, hosting and/or downloading of content and/or use of the Website and Platform services, with or without prior notice, without the user being able to claim any compensation for this reason.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of current legislation on data protection, all personal data provided during the use of the Website or the Platform will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy that all users must expressly accept in order to use the Website.
11. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF SOCIAL PROFILES
With these General Terms and Conditions of Use of social profiles, TECHER TEAM aims to ensure that all end users are aware of their rights and obligations from the moment they visit their social profiles on social networks.
TECHER TEAM shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for the use that users and/or third parties may make of TECHER TEAM's profiles on social networks, and the latter shall assume all liability that may arise.
In the event that any of the content accessible through TECHER TEAM's social profiles is contrary to current legislation, TECHER TEAM undertakes to immediately remove it as soon as it becomes aware of this situation.
TECHER TEAM does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of any third-party content contained on its social profile or any linked site. TECHER TEAM is not responsible for the content of websites not operated by TECHER TEAM.
TECHER TEAM's social profile may include opinions, recommendations or statements by third parties, which do not necessarily reflect the views of TECHER TEAM or indicate its commitment to any particular course of action.
Once the user has started to follow TECHER TEAM's social profiles, they may post comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of content, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the social network itself. The user who decides to share content on TECHER TEAM's social profile will be solely responsible for it, as well as for the implications that this may have for their privacy.
TECHER TEAM will use its profiles on social networks to advertise its own services. In any case, if TECHER TEAM decides to process your contact details (user profile of the social network and/or email) to carry out direct commercial prospecting activities, it will always be in compliance with the legal requirements of current legislation on data protection.
In relation to the protection and defence of intellectual and industrial property rights, TECHER TEAM informs that: (i) under no circumstances may it be understood that it grants users any right to exploit the content displayed beyond what is strictly necessary for its permitted use according to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform ; (ii) all logos, trademarks and trade names displayed through the Website or the profile on the social network, are the property of TECHER TEAM; (iii) under no circumstances shall browsing TECHER TEAM's social profiles imply any waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights, unless otherwise stated in writing.
In the event that anyone detects any type of content contrary to current regulations or which may be harmful to users, TECHER TEAM asks to be notified.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
TECHER TEAM may modify the legal notice stipulated herein, in whole or in part, by publishing any change in the same form in which this legal notice appears and by means of any type of reliable and express communication addressed to users.
The temporary validity of this legal notice coincides, therefore, with the time of its exposure, until it is totally or partially modified, at which time the modified legal notice will come into force.
The declaration of any of the clauses contained in this legal notice as null, invalid or ineffective shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to be binding between the parties.
The failure of TECHER TEAM to exercise any right or provision contained in this legal notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
This legal notice is governed by Spanish common law and, unless otherwise established in the applicable regulations (including consumer and user regulations), any dispute shall be submitted by the parties to the judges and courts of the city of Valencia (Spain).
